Four times I had to take my car for the same problem. The problem was nos solved and now, my middle and last rows seats that were working before they work on them, are now not working. Arrived to service department ask for Shannon Burris. They call her on the loudspeaker she comes out of the corner yelling I’m smoking dam it I’ll be there. Told Shannon I wanted oil change tire rotation she pushed my car into the service shop. I wait two hours I come back and she tells me that they changed the lightbulb and my bill was eight dollars.. then she proceeds to tell me they did not change my oil and that I needed a tuneup. I replied to her we truck was tuned up 10,000 miles ago. I’m not question if the truck was even ever tuned up last summer when I brought it to you all I am a truck driver, extremely busy and not home much on my next update. I will be bringing my truck and speaking with manage. More

I also think that if you spend approximately $1,000, that the rugs should at least be vacuumed. More
