No communication at all from the service advisor, I had to call to get updates. Was told it would be completed within a few days, it was dropped off Monday, called in Thursday, Shannon told me possibly Fri to call to get updates. Was told it would be completed within a few days, it was dropped off Monday, called in Thursday, Shannon told me possibly Friday pickup. I called In Monday and was told a part was needed, a guy on the phone, said I should be glad they even looked at the truck, and they just ordered the part, said it could take another two weeks. I had to complain to get this moving, as this is my business truck, I picked up truck on Wednesday. Never waited this long for a completion on a recall. I would never return to Don Davis for anything More

Jonathan and his team were able to get our vehicle in and take care of the inspection and oil change very quickly and on short notice. They were also able to identify an issue we didn't know we had. Brought my F150 in hoping for a quick oil change and needed an honest answer, I run 8 crews in construction and needed to get back out in the field.
