Don Davis Changed my oil in January 2022 with their free Santa's Helpers Oil Change deal where I brought them a toy for a good cause during the holidays. Well I didn't know this at the time until about 2 weeks ago but instead of using a genuine Ford oil filter, they used some cheap Chinese job that leaked a quart of oil onto my power steering components and on my driveway. Also they left my skid plate loose which would vibrate when cold and when accelerating coming out of a turn around a corner Shame on them for doing their valued customers like this "a favor" by changing their oil and botching it for donating a toy during the Holidays. I went to a different non Ford dealership place to get my most recent oil change and they tightened all of that up and did it right and my truck feels like a brand new one. Now if I just have to have service at a Ford dealership, AutoNation Ford South Fort Worth will be getting my business from here on out. More

First of all, the diagnosis I received would have required over $600 to fix my ambient lighted cup holder and I found another shop fix it for a fraction of that. Although, it wasn’t much money, it’s the principle that I trusted my F350 with these people and they not only charged me a ridiculous diagnostic fee, could not get their communication together about what was wrong with my lighting - the invoice said The problem was an obstruction but the advisor told me that the entire consul needed to be replaced, lastly, THEY STOLE FROM ME! I will never go back to this place and I advise Others to avoid this place as well. More

The communication was bad and the wait time for a simple tire patch was 3 hours. Seems a bit much.
