Clay Cooley Ford - Service Center

I have been taking my vehicle there since I purchased it back in 2009, and this is the second time they don't refill all fluids as should happen since my car was being services with The Works package. Alth back in 2009, and this is the second time they don't refill all fluids as should happen since my car was being services with The Works package. Although I mentioned service advisor that last time they didn't replenish the windshield washer fluid last time my car was serviced there, and he said he'll mak sure this won't happen again, well, guess what? it happened again and when I arrive home about 25 minutes away from dealership my wife told me the didn't add fluid to reservoir. My concern is how can I be sure oil change, tire rotation and everything was done as expected and paid for since they cannot do something as simple as refilling a windshield washer reservoir. Not a good experience, second time in a row; last time didn't make a review but I guess this is not right and mus be shared. More

one of my tires was leaking air, and it had become urgent - the service crew were able to get me an at 5 pm [when I could leave work early].
