I was very disappointed in my last service visit. First, it took over two hours to do an oil change tire rotation and cabin filter install. I provided the filter and I was charged $26 dollar for a five minute job. I removed all item from the glove box except for the lug nut key. Second the service tech did not return the lock back where he got and I had to return to the dealership to get it. This is not the first time that this has happened here. And last I asked for a synthetic oil change and I got a synthetic blend oil change. I did not find out about the oil change until the next day when I read the service report. More
