This was my first time to schedule service at Don Davis Ford for my 2018 Lincoln. My service Adviser was Jonathan Pope and he was very knowledgeable and professional. I had an appointment for an oil change and they told me it would take 2 hours. It ended up not taking that long. I came in with my daughters (one is a year and a half) and the staff was amazing while we wa it would take 2 hours. It ended up not taking that long. Although the technician did use full synthetic oil he did not put the correct weight in my 2021 Mustang GT. I was told this would not hurt the motor in my car.
