I appreciated the friendlness but the service rep was unable to access my Ford warranty of FordPass information, which may have led to some paperwork issues later in the day. I was not told that procedures involved with my 60,000-mile service would end up costing $900. And my service rep, who hadn't warned me was no longer on site. Someone else stepped in and the bill was lowered to $400, which I appreciated. So things got screwed up, but they were fixed. Hence the three-star review. More

First, they answered the phone when I called with some questions... other dealers did not answer so did not get me in. The service advisor was professional. This was my second time this week coming to service department. Once Monday and back on Wednesday. I was there to get a recalled fixed on my Explorer on Monday appointment I scheduled it was explained department. Once Monday and back on Wednesday. I was there to get a recalled fixed on my Explorer on Monday appointment I scheduled it was explained to me of a long process for getting the recall completed, so we opted to reschedule for Wednesday. When I arrived Wednesday I asked Shannon for clarification on the process because a few things were unclear about how long they would actually have my Explorer, I notified her that I need to pick my car up before they closed that day due to events I had scheduled the next day. She assured me that the inspection on my Explorer would be done by 4pm that day. So I missed a day of work and to my surprise when I arrived back at Ford to hopefully have the inspection of the recall completed and parts to be ordered to fix it, I was notified to my dissatisfaction that my car never got inspected or even touched, the note that Shannon put im was disregarded and my Explorer was just left I’m line and I was never updated on anything about my vehicle that day. I missed an entire day of work, spent $25 of Uber fees to and from the Ford dealership all for my vehicle not to be touched . To say I’m dissatisfied is an understatement especially when there’s a waste of my time and money involved. There was no attempt to rectify the situation, just a very nonchalant question of when can I bring it I’m again to get inspected along with a promise for if and when I come back for the inspection it will be done same day, which I can’t find any security in that due to yesterday’s event.
