Brought my F150 in hoping for a quick oil change and needed an honest answer, I run 8 crews in construction and needed to get back out in the field. Been using Don Davis Ford in Arlington’s service department for my F250 diesel for 150,000 miles now. I drive 25k miles a year so I’m in for maintenance 4-5 times a year. Scheduling a service call does not actually guarantee that your vehicle will be serviced. I was told it would be 4 days before it got looked at since they only had 1 tech that did electrical work.
