First of all, the diagnosis I received would have required over $600 to fix my ambient lighted cup holder and I found another shop fix it for a fraction of that. Although, it wasn’t much money, it’s the principle that I trusted my F350 with these people and they not only charged me a ridiculous diagnostic fee, could not get their communication together about what was wrong with my lighting - the invoice said The problem was an obstruction but the advisor told me that the entire consul needed to be replaced, lastly, THEY STOLE FROM ME! I will never go back to this place and I advise Others to avoid this place as well. More

The communication was bad and the wait time for a simple tire patch was 3 hours. Seems a bit much. Jonathan and his team were able to get our vehicle in and take care of the inspection and oil change very quickly and on short notice. They were also able to identify an issue we didn't know we had. No communication at all from the service advisor, I had to call to get updates. Was told it would be completed within a few days, it was dropped off Monday, called in Thursday, Shannon told me possibly Fri to call to get updates. I called In Monday and was told a part was needed, a guy on the phone, said I should be glad they even looked at the truck, and they just ordered the part, said it could take another two weeks. I had to complain to get this moving, as this is my business truck, I picked up truck on Wednesday. Never waited this long for a completion on a recall. I would never return to Don Davis for anything More
