If you can avoid taking your vehicle to this dealership for service, I would absolutely recommend it!!! This is my 3rd time having the take a vehicle here & every time the service gets worse. Not good customer service & Most Importantly the mechanics are not knowledgeable what so ever. Had $5000 worth the work done to find out they NEVER even completed 1/2 of the work! It was in for a coolant leak inside the engine & NO flush nor top off of the fluids was completed!! Took my Lincoln to another dealership & the service advisor said… “You got Scammed”. Completely unsatisfactory work is being done here. More

Everything was great just that Sam would tell me things and ended up not being able hay he says. But a great guy though he did everything he could to get me approved. I went on to my day and when I was going to hand out cards for my business the check engine light came on and I was like wait I thought it was fully certified? So I called Sam and told him what had happened. He told me to go in about an hour to drop it off and so i left right away. They had given me a rental until my car would be fixed. The other salesman told me they would call me when it would be fixed. I drove up that same day about 4 hours later to pick something up from my car and it was parked the same way I left it. 3 days later now no call. More
