I was very disappointed in my last service visit. First, it took over two hours to do an oil change tire rotation and cabin filter install. I provided the filter and I was charged $26 dollar for a fi First, it took over two hours to do an oil change tire rotation and cabin filter install. I provided the filter and I was charged $26 dollar for a five minute job. I removed all item from the glove box except for the lug nut key. Second the service tech did not return the lock back where he got and I had to return to the dealership to get it. This is not the first time that this has happened here. And last I asked for a synthetic oil change and I got a synthetic blend oil change. I did not find out about the oil change until the next day when I read the service report. More
Jason was amazing at accommodating me with my vehicle. However he had to cover for the porter that decided to disappear and then go to lunch when it was time to do his job. The work was done per my expectation. My complaint is there are no drivers to take customers home and there is no place to work for those that have to wait for long periods of time. You need a fast lane for folks bringing their vehicles for simple service like a Jiffy Lube. Not sure I can bring my vehicle to your shop any longer. Shannon was good, but, the service department and facilities needs MUCH improvement. More
