I scheduled a 20,000 maintenance service package for July 21 for 8:30am. Upon arrival, I informed Mr. Jonathan Pope that I was here for the 20,000 maintenance package and not a regular oil change. About 2 ho 21 for 8:30am. Upon arrival, I informed Mr. Jonathan Pope that I was here for the 20,000 maintenance package and not a regular oil change. About 2 hours and 15 minutes into waiting; Mr. Pope called me (but I was in the waiting room) to inform me that I needed a new cabin filter. I informed him that I was here for the 20,000 maintenance and a new filter was part of that package. I also read verbatim from Ford's maintenance package what was included in the 20,000 Maintenance service package and that my filter would be REPLACED and NOT INSPECTED. Mr. Pope said the techs would inspect and recommend, but I informed him again of what was covered for this type of maintenance. I am VERY disappointed that your employee did not listen, retain or comprehend what was asked. He was informed verbally and per the notes and scheduled appointment. This is my 4th Ford and the 2nd time I have visited Don Davis, and let me say that I am not impressed. I was charged for a filter that should have been covered and ignored by your service advisor.
