Terrible experience. Dropped car off at 8a for mfg recall item and made three calls and one email after 3p trying to get status. Was advised of “other” sugg work and agreed to one of them and had to make operator get someone live to talk to as I had to have car next day. Was told that a part on extra item wouldn’t be in until next day so I reminded I needed car and to forget the extra item and would pick car up. Then I was told they hadn’t done the recall work that I dropped car off 9 hrs earlier for. Was told to give them about 30 mins and I could pick up. They didn’t get to scheduled service but they had time to go over car and come up with about 10 things and about $1,000 in work I should have done. Won’t even trust them to do an oil change going forward, More

My remote start hadn’t worked since I purchased the car in 2016, but I never had it checked. Grapevine Ford dealership told me I needed a new battery and electrical work. It was what I read in the manual was likely the problem. It was what I had told Grapevine Ford, that it was likely the alarm because it was so sensitive. Being a woman I guess they thought I would believe them. Don Davis adjusted the alarm and the remote start worked. Thanks Don Davis for being honest! More
