Had to wait to have a service technician come out to my car and ask why I was there. Once the technician arrived I was treated with respect. My need was taken care of. I asked if my car could be serviced promptly as I had an appointment soon. Was told it would receive expedited service and to wait in the waiting area. Took 5 hours to revieve 30,000 mile service, No one checked in with me during the visit. I finally checked in after over 4 hours.
