Rip off report Went in to get a couple of simple recalls and a diagnosis done. Tried to overcharge me a couple of hundred dollars to replace and repair a thirty eight dollar part that took me less than 6 minutes to fix. Avoid this place. More

As always, the Truck Service Dept. treated me with respect, showed concern for my problem, and did everything they could to lessen my apprehension regarding the seriousness of the problem. Truck Service individuals Bobby and Chris showed true concern for my problem as did two of the truck technicians I interacted with. Additionally, I want to mention that the driver that took me home while my vehicle was being serviced was very professional. Rod More

To me, Daniel Reyes is my very own service man and he is the very best. He is always polite, has a welcoming attitude no matter what time of the day, takes time and makes the effort to keep me up to date through out the day when I chose to wait on my car. I realize that my car is spoiled and so am I but Daniel plays my game and makes sure that my car remains in that very special condition just like it were brand new, even though it is now 14 months old. Last week I traded in the Taurus for a smaller Focus. I expect Daniel to keep this tiny car in as good condition as the bigger car with 20" wheels. I know how kind he has always been, how he truly listens to hear what I am trying to say and sees that everything is done to perfection. I believe he is the best service rep in this company. I'm in the service industry, have been for 42 years. Just transferred to Arlington, TX. Engine light was on, stopped in at your dealership. I went to the dealership to get an inspection sticker and walked out with a new car! Mr. Plummer was the reason I purchased my 2010 Lincoln MKZ and my 2012 Lincoln MKZ. My salesman, Andrew Rutherford, was walked out with a new car! Mr. Plummer was the reason I purchased my 2010 Lincoln MKZ and my 2012 Lincoln MKZ. My salesman, Andrew Rutherford, was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was selectng a car. Both men were etical and honest, and it was a pleasant experience for me. This was my 6th car from Don Davis, and it won't be my last. In the future, I will personally ask for Andrew Rutherford and Mr. Plummer. I will also recommend these 2 men and the Don Davis dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a car. More

Let me start out by saying that Terry was great to work with.. Unfortunately, the rest of the deal was not. Our vehicle was brought in there a week and half prior because it was overheating and running ho with.. Unfortunately, the rest of the deal was not. Our vehicle was brought in there a week and half prior because it was overheating and running hot. $1300 later we get the car back with all kinds of new parts for the cooling system. We bring the car home and now it is running horrible till finally it would no longer start up. We have it towed back to the dealership for yet another diagnostic check to see what the issue could be. We get a phone call saying it could be a cracked head, blown gasket or a fuel pump. Ok, well we just had all this work done to it could it not have been determined that is was the head or gasket at that time. We were told sometimes you don't see things till you fix other things. Well now I am quoted some rediculous prices for all three of these possibilities and told well maybe I can get you a break on a used car. Ok, we get that call back and gee $500 was the best they could do until a week later when they were going to offer us $1200 on a trade in. Well anyway we have the car towed back home and call in another mechanic, which was a great guy and for $65 we get to fix something that the dealership left undone when it was brought in the first time. Needless to say I went to the dealership figuring it would be the best service possible and the story tells the rest. More
