The worst service department ever! My car was taken in due to the liner of my convertible coming loose. They decided to replace it. It took the FOREVER to do this as their service d My car was taken in due to the liner of my convertible coming loose. They decided to replace it. It took the FOREVER to do this as their service department had zero experience doing this. Shannon, the service department worker told us that there was metal shavings all over our car and that they had to take al the interior panels off and the shavings were everywhere. She was not there when we picked up the car even though she said she would be. We got the car home and noticed that there were scratches on three windows and scratches on the tint on one of the windows. We also discovered that the panels were not put back on correctly. We took the car back to Clay Cooley after speaking to Shannon and got there to find out she quit that day. The Service Manager noted the windows and the the panels. Two weeks later... the panels were finally replaced but some guy in the service area said the windows were not damaged by them because the windows were down at the time that they drilled the holes for the liner. None of this adds up because Shannon told us that they had to take all of the interior panels off to replace this liner which exposed the windows when they were down and exposed them to the metal shavings. We had not had this car very long at the time of this repair. The dealership had just added the tint to the car before we purchased it and we would have noticed the scratches when we test drove it. The are that noticeable. Clay Cooley is really good at getting getting you to sign for your car, get the key and not have a service rep walk with you over repairs before you leave with it. Do not let them do this! I highly recommend you go to a better Ford Dealership for any and all service! When we bought our Mustang it was Don Davis... a few weeks later it became Clay Cooley.. had we known it would have been this terrible, we would have taken the car close to home for repair. More
