Service department was very unorganized and the associates (cashiers) were very rude when returning my vehicle. The entire service department needs an overhaul and restructuring. Took my car in for breaks and they said they turned the rotors but the car came back worse than when I took it in. They then told me it was the back when I had them done already. Don Davis had my car for two weeks for a two hour warranty repair and did not repair my vehicle. It is unreasonable to have someone's car for two weeks on a two hour repair and not repair the vehicle warranty repair and did not repair my vehicle. It is unreasonable to have someone's car for two weeks on a two hour repair and not repair the vehicle. My service writer did not return phone calls in a timely manor nor did she offer any solutions. I understand things happen but the people that represent your dealership should be empowered to create solutions that work for the dealership and customer. I offered to come get my car and they could call me when they were ready to make the repair and I was told that was not possible. When I called about the status of my vehicle after leaving it for two weeks I was told the technician was going on vacation so they were not sure when it would get fixed. Having a vehicle warranty only means something if you stand behind it otherwise its just a gimmick. I will be contacting Ford about my experience at this dealership. Mrs. Burns told me when I picked up my car she would contact me with a time to bring my car back, its been 5 business days and I still have not heard anything from anyone at Don Davis. More
