Had an appointment to see why check engine light was on and they had my truck for three days. I received no phone calls from anyone and I had to continuously call back and ask what was taking so long and I and they had my truck for three days. I will never use your dealership and I will not recommend it to anyone either. We just bought two vehicles in the last three years and I was looking to get a new one but after the service you gave I went to Rockwall ford and purchased a 2023 F150 4x4. You need to take a look at your service department because they are not efficient and it put me in a huge inconvenience. More
