Would NOT recommend This over all was a terrible experience, took my truck in to replace parts under warranty and they refused to allow me to have a loaner car because th This over all was a terrible experience, took my truck in to replace parts under warranty and they refused to allow me to have a loaner car because they’d “have it to me by the afternoon.” Turns out that means 3 days and having to bum a ride to the service center at closing time to try and get a loaner. Once I finally got my truck back there were no less than 3 electrical issues after being given back my truck. Couldn’t use my cruise control, my front sensor was out, and I had pop ups on my middle console saying something about 911 being disabled(which still didn’t get fixed). This took over a week to get my truck back and still they jerked me around with getting a loaner car. Not only was the service terrible but the communication was abysmal, I was never updated unless I called in and had to hope and pray I could get ahold of a technician. If I could give zero stars then I would. Jonathan was the only decent part of the experience. More
SHOP TOO BUSY Service Rep did say they had a big rush that day and I would have to leave my vehicle. She would call with update. The next morning, after 9 am, I tried calling my rep for status update. Left two messages within 25 minutes of each other, still no response . Called Don Davis main number, talked with an operator explaining to her my failed attempts to get a response from my service rep. Gave her reps name and she said she would see that my rep would get my message. Forty minutes later still no call. I then drove over to Don Davis. There I found out my rep was on her day off. I think when a rep is on RDO, another rep should be a cover for that reps customers and should respond, as much as possible, to the missing reps customer base. If anything, at least the operator should know which rep is on/off duty and let the customer know. I cancelled the repair visit and took my car home. More

Slow, poor communication. I understand they were busy being the Monday after the holiday but I was in around 7:30am. I was told it would take about 2 hours so I left the car ta I understand they were busy being the Monday after the holiday but I was in around 7:30am. I was told it would take about 2 hours so I left the car taking the shuttle service to work. I sat around well over an hour waiting on the shuttle driver. No one ever called me back to notify me the car was ready nor could I get anyone to send the shuttle to pick me up. I called and left messages a couple times. I was simply stranded. I was forced to take an Uber around 4:30 to the dealership to pickup my car. I had asked that they add Freon to the AC which they didn't but at least the oil change and inspection was done. More

Recall I made an appointment to have my F-150 recall taken care of. Scheduled for 7:30 and promised it would be ready by noon.
