I dropped my truck off on Wednesday 3/20, at 09:00 to get a tire pressure sensor & radio repaired. When I arrived to pick up at 16:30, I find out that neither had been repaired because it was not stated on a tire pressure sensor & radio repaired. Shannon & a young African American gentlemen argued about the work order in front of me. Which I found unprofessional. Shannon whispered to me that she hated this job. Also, unprofessional. Bottom line is I'm driving around with a non-functioning TPS & an irritating light on my dashboard. At this point I am tempted to take it to 5 star to get repaired because I have lost trust in Don Davis. More
I went in on a Monday for a repair that I was told was only going to take 3 days. A week later, I had to call to find out what the status was on my repair. That was when I was told that they were still waiting 3 days for the part. I WAS NEVER TOLD THEY NEEDED TO ORDER A PART. I had my car just sitting in your lot for a week while I paid for a rental car the entire time. I'm not made of money, and when I tried to pay for my repair, I couldn't because of the fact I had to pay an extra week for a rental due to ineptitude from the staff at Don Davis. Then, on top of it, the pregnant lady at the payment desk in the service department was very unpleasant. Her words were kind, but her demeanor was less than kind. I chalk it up to pregnancy hormones, but it didn't help my situation any. And every 15 minutes I was there in the waiting room or the parking lot, I was approached by someone trying to sell me a new car. I just wanted MY car back! It was overall a very frustrating experience and that was enough to cause me to drive to Dallas to find another Ford dealership to deal with. This location will not get any more of my money from me.
