Nacho was very good to work with, service team did not do a good job about cleaning spill oil off of my vehicle underside. Worse thing is after oil change, Ford motor company is still sending me reminders a good job about cleaning spill oil off of my vehicle underside. The service with this dealership is SO hit or miss. First experience I waited FOUR!!! hours for an oil change because they also lost my keys! Second experience was fine, no issues And my third expe First experience I waited FOUR!!! hours for an oil change because they also lost my keys! Second experience was fine, no issues And my third experience my inital advisor did not call or communicate about my service at all so I didn't even get done what their website said it was! I ended up having to pay more money. Thank goodness the second Advisor, Carina, was wonderful and so extremely helpful. More
