Mr. Plummer came in made sure things were going smooth. I have gone to many dealerships most recently Bankston walked around on three occasions waiting for someone to ask if I needed help. Then they insult you because they want to prequalify before they waist their time. Always laugh when you can see the sales guys watching you look but to busy to ask how can I help. I always hated the car experience. Dealerships have many places to make money always hated they tried to hide the truth. Don Davis open and honest up front. Credit guys on all three cars gave me options explained rebates etc. etc.. Never had to wonder about the deal. Don Davis Ford 3 for 3 with my family. I respect and am always happy to pay for quality and honesty. More
I was very pleased with my sales experience. It was not what I am used to or expecting. Cody seemed genuinely interested in getting me into what I wanted, not whatever he had handy and wanted or needed to what I am used to or expecting. We came to a fair price quickly. The finance guy, John, was very nice and professional, and took us through all the steps and disclosures. He went through our optional items several times until we were sure what we wanted. I would recommend this dealer in a heartbeat. More

Service representative was fantastic. Helped us find what we needed at a price we could afford. We left feeling like we had gotten an incredible deal and actually returned less than a week later to tra what we needed at a price we could afford. We left feeling like we had gotten an incredible deal and actually returned less than a week later to trade in and trade up another car of ours. There was a problem though. We bought a used car and whoever detailed the car did an awful job. There was stuff caked in virtually all of the cup holders in the entire car. The windows were dirty on the inside and there were some stains in the seats that easily came up once we got the vehicle home. I would not have even considered it detailed at all just a quick general cleaning but the dealership paid them $120 to do it. More
Sometimes it's the little things that can turn you off of a dealership. This is one of those situations. I called Don Davis Ford from a client's phone as I was wrapping up early for the day. The client wa a dealership. This is one of those situations. I called Don Davis Ford from a client's phone as I was wrapping up early for the day. The client was also leaving and had no problem with it. Anna took the call and said she would get me to the Internet Sales group. She asked if the number I called from was a good number to call me back on. I told her "No, I cannot receive calls here" and gave her my mobile number and email address. It didn't matter to them. Over 3 weeks, I received 5+ calls from both Anna and Andrew at my client's phone. After the first call, I wrote Andrew an email stating that I did not want to receive calls at that number! It made no difference. I called and asked both Anna and Andrew to use my mobile number. It still made no difference. Why would I buy a car from a group that can't even get a phone number correct? I will definitely not do business with the Don Davis auto group. More
