My wife and I have purchased many new cars over the last 25 years so we have high expectations when we go to a professional automaker dealership with the intent of making the second largest purchase(s) a fa 25 years so we have high expectations when we go to a professional automaker dealership with the intent of making the second largest purchase(s) a family makes other than their home. We spent over a week going to multiple Ford and other dealerships in the Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex area and were very disappointment at our experiences, that was until we met Andrew and the other sales professionals at Don Davis Ford. Andrew met us at the door of the dealership at our appointment time, he had everything set up for the two test drives as we discussed on the phone (this was the first time this happened successfully during our car search). He and the rest of the sales team were dressed appropriately and had a professional friendly demeanor,(again, something that we did not experience with other dealerships during our search. In fact we were stunned to see salesmen in T shirts which to us creates a very informal unprofessional atmosphere. In fact at another Ford dealership, which I will not name, we waiting for 1/2 hour for a salesmen and we ended up being helped by one of the service techs who just so happened to have access to the key to the car we wanted to drive - so unprofessional and disappointing for one of the largest Ford dealerships in the Metroplex). Andrew was very well versed in product knowledge for the two different model cars we ended up purchasing from him that day. He spent a lot of time (9 hours) with us with out us feeling rushed in the least or that our questions and concerns were not important. He made our car buying experience very positive and enjoyable - after all that's what should happen when you buy a new car! We love our new vehicles and Andrew calls us regularity to follow up making sure we are happy with our purchases. Andrew along with Burl in Financing, and the rest of the team at Don Davis Ford have that special level of excellence which is so very rare for car sales these days. I highly recommend Andrew and the dealership. You will be taken care of and not disappointed. More

Michael was very professional and very nice. He made us feel very comfortable! However, your finance person was very rude. We were VERY nice to him and vice versa at the time of the deal, but after our feel very comfortable! However, your finance person was very rude. We were VERY nice to him and vice versa at the time of the deal, but after our insurance agent (it wasn't even our agent---he was the agent of the girl that hit my husband's car)---was very late in getting the check to Burl, Burl sent our check into the bank and we had to have an overdraft of 14,000 thousand dollars! I almost had a heart attack when that message showed up on my email!!! We made sure that the agent kept Burl on top of things every step of the way, and my husband called him as well, but that didn't keep Burl from sending our personal check into our bank, oh no! Guess he just didn't care if it was our fault or not----he just DID IT! So===everything up until that time was super---but that definitely left a bad taste in our mouth about the whole deal. I would have expected that kind of treatment if we hadn't done our due diligence and kept him up to date. BUT WE DID. THEREFORE, I BELIEVE THAT BURL DID IT JUST TO MAKE HIMSELF LOOK IMPORTANT. I TAUGHT SCHOOL FOR 25 YEARS, AND I NEVER HAD TO "MAKE" MYSELF LOOK IMPORTANT. PEOPLE CAN RECOGNIZE YOUR IMPORTANCE BY YOUR ACTION AND YOUR DEEDS. SHAME ON YOU, MR.THOMAS! More

Willie Woodard and his manager provided EXCELLENT service. He really listened to my needs as a customer and was not pushy when when I test drove vehicles that I did not like. I was about to leave the dealership empty handed, but Willie consulted his manger before letting me leave, to insure that there was not a vehicle that he may not have known about that fit my criteria. When I did find the vehicle that I believed was PERFECT for my needs Willie and his manager made sure that I was going to leave with that vehicle. I had a specific budget and they made sure it was met to the "T". This was by far the ABSOLUTE BEST experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I am from out of town (3 hrs away) and would drive to this dealership any day knowing that I would receive the high quality of service that Willie and his manager provided. More
