We went to look at a new car for our daughter thinking she wound end up with a Volvo, but wanted to cover our bases and look at a few other types of cars. Andrew was aware that we were leaning toward a Volvo. He also knew she was interested in Jeep, Grand Cherokee. After he showed us a few Ford vehicles, we had to leave and said we might come back the next day. He met us at the Jeep dealership the next day with a Jeep Grand waiting for us. Well, needless to say, we have a Jeep NOT A VOLVO sitting in our driveway. BUT......he also had a new Land Cruiser, which is what I drive, at the Jeep dealership, knowing that mine was a 2005 with many miles. That car is sitting in our driveway too. Andrew went above and beyond to make this experience easy. All the paperwork, back and forth etc... can be trying. The process was simplified for us and we very much appreciate it. Had he not asked us to come back the next day, I feel certain our driveway would have a new Volvo and a 2005 Land Cruiser at this time. Good for Andrew....bad for my pocket book! More
It is great to work with honest people who don't try to sell you whatever story to make a sale. We had to get over a few hurdles in finding the exact truck I was looking for, but the employees went to wor sell you whatever story to make a sale. I had previously purchased a pre-owned certified Ford Focus back in 2004 and was very satisfied then with their customer appreciation "right from the start" which made you feel like you're part of a fami Focus back in 2004 and was very satisfied then with their customer appreciation "right from the start" which made you feel like you're part of a family after the purchase. The service department was always helpful, so when I was looking into updating my vehicle I talked to Andrew initially and he helped me find the model that I was interested in and Audrey was the associate that helped me finalize the sale. That Focus which I bought in 2004 was traded in for a 2012 Focus. I was pleased with the overall experience and was surprised to find out that after eight years the "right from the start" new customer celebration was still being held. This dealer is very customer service oriented, while many other industries have forgotten or lost touch with what it means to take care of your customers first. More

Michael was a wonderful sales rep, he communicated his knowledge of the product in a very down to earth,very non-aggressive way. I never got the sense that I was being "Sold" Michael simply listened to my needs/concerns/budget and then took his vehicle knowledge recommended a vehicle he thought would work for me, and he was more than right. It was so easy, there was zero decision making on my behalf, He found a great truck in my price range in a color that he thought I would like. I have been driving the truck for 3 weeks now and I could not be happier, everything about the experience has greatly exceeded my expectations. It is the kind of customer service you feel like you would pay way extra for, but then somehow at the end of the experience Don Davis was cheaper than the other dealership I shopped and the service @ Don Davis was so much better. I would recommend Don Davis Auto Group to friends, family, and anyone else who would listen. They treated me great, and for that reason I will be a lifelong Don Davis Customer.
