Don Davis Ford has been a reliable dealer for my family since we moved to Texas. Recently, they helped us get the maximum trade-in value for our truck that had been struck by tennis ball-sized hailstones since we moved to Texas. Recently, they helped us get the maximum trade-in value for our truck that had been struck by tennis ball-sized hailstones and decrease our payment even when purchasing a new vehicle. A day later, we discovered a February 2012 addendum prohibiting the reason we had the 2012 Ford Escape; stating no recreational flat-towing. Everyone at Don Davis Ford and Grand Prairie Ford had told us the Ford Escape could be flat-towed. After researching, they signed a new contract with us for a 2012 Ford Edge, which can be recreational flat-towed without any major modifications. I will continue to come to Don Davis Ford for their trustworthy and friendly service. More
