I have and would recommend Don Davis as a fair and reputable dealership, this is why I drove an hour from Bluff Dale Texas. This is my problem during financing Beryl Thomas quoted me an interest rate over 6.5% for 60 months, I mentioned to him that with my credit score over 700 I should get a better rate and mentioned I would be back on Monday when I received my offers from other lenders. He seemed surprised when I said I would not take delivery until then. Danny Grady introduced himself and I explained my concern, it said that he would make an exception at 4.99%. I went ahead and signed the contract. Bank of America contacted me with a rate of 3.12% for 60 months. This is my concern, in contacting Ford Motor Credit it was stated that the dealers can markup the interest rate regardless of what the customer’s credit score may indicate to acquire additional profit. As you can see this is deceptive practice if it is not mentioned. I will pursue further action with your dealership and Ford Motor Company to voice my dissatisfaction with this practice, but really your dealership will lose much more, a CUSTOMER for life. Refinancing the vehicle is in the process. More

I dreaded buying a car more than words can even begin to explain. I was not in the mood, didn't have a clue what I wanted, didn't know where to start. IT WAS THE BEST LEAP I HAVE EVER TAKEN!!!!!!! EVER!!!!! I have never had such an easy experience, more professional experience, brainless experience in my life. I told Jason I wanted 4 things in a car (SUV)...leather, power windows, power seats, and a seat comfortable for my husband, he has cancer in his spine so sitting in a car seat can be a huge challenge. I did not care about anything else, now I cannot say the same for my husband, he likes all the toys, bells, and whistles. Me, could care less. Jason took it from there, had the car ready, had a sales person ready to devote his evening to us, and got this deal completed in a matter of hours, maybe 2? It was the best car buying I have ever experienced!!!! Andrew knows his cars, knows how to work all the bells and whistles, and is very patient with my standing him up time and time again. He just steps up to reschedule, my life is so hectic right now but he does not complain, just smiles and reschedules. I want to thank Don Davis for the best car buying of our lives. We have bought many many cars over the last 37 years of marriage, I get tired of them, so many many cars and by far, this was the BEST!!!
