The service with this dealership is SO hit or miss. First experience I waited FOUR!!! hours for an oil change because they also lost my keys! Second experience was fine, no issues And my third experience my inital advisor did not call or communicate about my service at all so I didn't even get done what their website said it was! I ended up having to pay more money. Thank goodness the second Advisor, Carina, was wonderful and so extremely helpful. More

My experience at clay cooley new sales dept had both positive and negative aspects. The sales team, especially Teresa, was excellent.
