Nacho was very good to work with, service team did not do a good job about cleaning spill oil off of my vehicle underside. I bought a car plus clay Cooley easy care ( bc Kevin (the sale’s man ) convinced me it’s an excellent protection plan to have it) on last Friday( 07/18/2025) . I paid almost $62k in cash. The car had small dents , starched wheels, scratched driver seat , a part was missing from a driver seat and the car key was missing. Kevin promised me everything will be taken care by Monday ( 07/21) at 3 o’clock. My son and me were waiting for the car enthusiastically but no one contacts us from clay Cooley and eventually I called Kevin at 3:36 pm and he said the car will be ready by Tuesday (07/22) at 10 am . I was there at 10 :30 with a driver to pick up the car . But it wasn’t ready until 12:10 pm . I missed my father’s doctor appointment bc of the delay. But surprisingly nothing has been done on the car. All dents are remaining. The touch up paint was so lousy. The rims were still scratched. And seat was the same . And no second key. Also when I turned on the car for the very first time a low tire pressure came up! The worst thing the mileage of the car was 1100 miles more than the advertised vehicle and the paper when I was negotiating the price! Kevin told me he already ordered the part for the seat and it was supposed to be there the day after, also he agreed that we can order the Key ourselves from a BMW dealership and clay Cooley would take care of the costs. We ordered the key . And now the Kevin is avoiding me and he is not answering me properly. All together I am so disappointed and I not happy at all. It was a big turn off for my son and me. I have all the documents to prove my review. More
