I ordered a 2025 Explorer late 2024, I believe the vehicle arrived at Clay Cooley Ford Arlington sometime mid-March. I was notified by my salesman on Wednesday, 3/26/25 that the Explorer was in and ready for my inspection. On inspection, the Explorer had 1079 miles on the odometer and 1083 on Trip 1 & 2. I was told the vehicle was used as a loaner to an individual who drove it to west Texas over 4 days. To date I’ve not be given any explanation or apology. Read More Read Less

Had the truck I wanted but didn’t have keys for me to buy it and then they sent me a pic of a truck and we agreed on and they meet me half way with a different truck.
