Salesperson Joel Short is very professional and personable. I don't know if the Clay Cooley Group only recently acquired Young Chevrolet, but I was very surprised at the shabby condition of each a personable. The service advisor, didnt call to advise vehicle was ready for pick up. Call him, texted him and never answered the phone.
