Absolutely terrible service. They test drove my car over 200 miles and returned it filthy with grease all over the interior. They had it for 52 DAYS! They installed a new fan set They test drove my car over 200 miles and returned it filthy with grease all over the interior. They had it for 52 DAYS! They installed a new fan set and now my air conditioning doesn't work. It worked when it dropped it off. On top of that they gave it back to me with a very serious alignment problem that took them 3 tries to get almost corrected. Sad place, sad people, seems like a bunch of people on drugs work here. Working with Hector from Classic Volkswagen in Mentor was by far the BEST experience I have EVER had at a dealership! As we know in todays world with high car prices and high interest rates, it's not always by far the BEST experience I have EVER had at a dealership! As we know in todays world with high car prices and high interest rates, it's not always a pleasant experience, especially when dealerships don't want to make a deal to sell their inventory. The process was literally done from home, we agreed on my trade value, I came and test drove, then the next day he had all the paperwork ready for me and I maybe spent 25 minutes at his desk, then I was on my way in my new vehicle! Never once did he try to sucker me into some b.s. that dealerships offer or any extras. He was real and down to the point with me, something that's very hard to find in a sales rep! I will 10/10 recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle and I will definitely be a returning customer to him in the future!!!
