As someone who has worked in customer service and management for years, I was appalled by the unprofessionalism and complete lack of basic customer care exhibited by Anthony Fatica during my visit to management for years, I was appalled by the unprofessionalism and complete lack of basic customer care exhibited by Anthony Fatica during my visit to this dealership. I was given an offer over the phone and via text (so I had proof), but when I arrived at the showroom, it became clear that it was a classic bait-and-switch situation. When I brought this to Anthony's attention, he became defensive, raised his voice, and dismissively told me, "I can get you your keys, and you can go elsewhere." This is an unacceptable way to treat any customer, let alone one who had come in with genuine interest in making a deal. As someone who manages teams, I know that this kind of behavior would be grounds for serious corrective action, if not termination. Customer service is the foundation of any successful business, and the experience I had here was the exact opposite of what I would expect from a reputable dealership. My wife and I both lease vehicles, meaning they had the potential for recurring business, but that opportunity is now lost. I’ll gladly drive 45 minutes to Brunswick Mazda, where I know I’ll be treated with respect and professionalism. It’s no wonder their showroom was nearly empty—this kind of service is a glaring indicator of deeper issues within their team and management. If I could give zero stars, I would. More
First and last time I will step foot into this dealership. I was given numbers through text (so we had proof) & when we got into the showroom found out it was bait & switch. Sleezy salesman, I’d rather drive 45 minutes to Brunswick to deal with a respectable salesperson. I’d give zero stars if I could. Sad part is myself and my husband both lease! They could’ve had reoccurring business. If I had to guess I’d imagine their customer service speaks to why their showroom was a ghost town. More
Classic Mazda staff went above and beyond while working with us on a new CX-90 purchase. I wasn't considering trading my Durango, but they gave me a VERY fair offer, making the process that much easier. Ke with us on a new CX-90 purchase. Kevin listened to what we wanted and went to great lengths to find the exact car and Tony sweetened the deal to include every feature we required in time to take advantage of a zero apr offer. Our experience with every staff member, from front desk, finance and service, to Kevin our salesman and the sales and general managers, was genuine, prompt and professional- positive from start to finish. i will enjoy visiting when it comes time for service- the facility is modern, clean with a comfortable client lounge. 10/10 More
