I got there at around 2:20 p. m., was pre-approved via GM and didn't leave out until 8:45 p.m. I was asked by Mr. Jackson to complete an application and was told it was needed for m., was pre-approved via GM and didn't leave out until 8:45 p.m. I was asked by Mr. Jackson to complete an application and was told it was needed for the file. They re-ran my credit and gave me a higher interest than I should have received thru some bank I had never heard of; I was told that I "could re-finance when the rates dropped. Mr. Jackson asked me if I would have my oil changed at the dealership and provided the paperwork for the lifetime engine warranty and when I asked the cost, he said $599. I just googled the warranty and it's complimentary if you have your car serviced at an authorized place that uses BG products. That was his way of adding an extra $599 to the vehicle's price. The website advertises $500 off any vehicle and he told me that he didn't know about that. These people are scammers, take your business somewhere else. I got my vehicle re-financed within a month to get the rate I know I should have. I emailed the owners twice and never received a reply. More

Overall experience: as poor as it can be. Made appointment online whereafter I would get contacted for confirmation. Never received any confirmation. Also received 5 different e-mails from 3 different e-mail addresses, promising that somebody would reach out. Never happened. Had to reach out myself again to get the appointment confirmed. Show up at the appointment, to be told that it was extremely busy, and it might take 3-4 hrs (even with an appointment). Decided to take an Uber home, all the way back to Cypress since I did not want to wait 3 or 4 hrs. Arrived home, after about an hour and get a phone call straight away that the car is ready...................... Very poor communication on all aspects. Why do you promise that somebody will reach out when you have no intention to do so. (Received 2 mails from D. Hoth, 2 from D. Alexander and 1 from Taylor stating that they would reach out shortly.
