Never could find the pickup on the lot that he said was good deal....but he had several higher priced ones that he insisted were good deals. Lies about rebates and dealer incentives. He admitted that he had to relocate after the dealer he worked at in Oklahoma was banned from selling to nearby military bases due to "predatory lending practices" More

It took over an hour to prepare the second deal. We couldn't finish because the business msnager was at lunch. Obviously no cross training or the ability to bring in someone from another store. I will tell everyone to go to the mainland. Worst car buying experience i have ever had. I previously requested s quote from their website. It took five days for them to contact me. Do not believe a word they say. Purchased a used vehicle that "has been through their shop and everything is in working order". Wrong! Without turning every knob and switch, I had asked the salesman (wonderful man) if everything worked. Oh yes, it has been completely gone over and in working order; new battery, rear brakes rebuilt, new windshield.... I did not discover until the following day that only one of four speakers to the radio worked. Called them, "tough luck". I had also asked for an owners manual (I discovered was lacking just as I was about to sign papers and had been told "we'll see what we can do"). I think they have all buyers sign a doc that says have any agreement in writing. That seemed unfriendly at the time, but, sure enough, lets them off with lying and scamming. I called, but they were almost rude in telling me to take a hike. No owners manual , either. More

I am a repeat customer and will be again!!! In April of 2014 I traded in my 2007 BMW X3 for a bigger SUV. They were great with the trade in and it's value. I got my 2010 Ford Explorer for a very In April of 2014 I traded in my 2007 BMW X3 for a bigger SUV. They were great with the trade in and it's value. I got my 2010 Ford Explorer for a very great price. The previous owner had just traded in with some minor cosmetic flaws & damages. I discussed it with the sales manager that I wanted it all fixed. It was fixed, the vehicle was completely repainted, and the rims refinished to remove scratches. I basically have from looks alone a brand new SUV. The owner and his son are joy to work with and they care about their customers' experience and they strive make you a repeat customer rather than a one time sale. When it's time for the next vehicle it will be with them!!! More
