I have GMC Dealerships close to my house, but I always go back to GMC ELITE because of my service advisor, Roy Busby. He is always taking care of my car needs. He calls or texts back if he is unavailable at back to GMC ELITE because of my service advisor, Roy Busby. He is always taking care of my car needs. He calls or texts back if he is unavailable at the moment. He apologizes to things not in his control but apologetic anyway. He speaks in layman's language so that I fully comprehend what is the issue, solution, wait time, or schedule time. Roy Busby is my go to guy.
