I’m a disabled veteran. I tried to purchase a $100K Yukon XL Denali from Classic. I was attempting to use my VA benefits along with $30K cash and financing to acquire the ve I tried to purchase a $100K Yukon XL Denali from Classic. I was attempting to use my VA benefits along with $30K cash and financing to acquire the vehicle. They strung me along and tried to charge me $1895 for a xx add on pkg. we arranged to put $30k cash down, the VA contribution and -reapproved financing with Navy FCU. We gave them the chance to beat the rate. Sharlene in finance arranged for fedexing the paper work requiring wet signatures and we would send it back with our$30k cashiers check to secure the vehicle. That never happened. They completely ghosted us. No phone call. No email or text. We gave them all of the info needed to verify the VA funds,but to no avail. Bad bad business. Even poorer communication. I wouldn’t re recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Awful awful customer service. I wasted 6weeks of time trying to make this purchase and was a total waste of time. Don’t buy or engage them for anything. This is how they treat a crippled disabled Va veteran. Shame….. More

I had a hard time reaching anyone by phone to ask about the repair for the passenger door lock, and when I went to the dealership, I was left waiting for a long time with no updates or communication. The biggest disappointment was my salesperson, Divinia. Even when we were at the dealership, she spent a lot of time on the phone while we were left waiting. It made us feel like our time and concerns were not important. When we asked about the check engine light, she told us it “wasn’t a big deal” because it was “only a $10,000 car” and that someone would buy it that way. I found that response unprofessional. Whether a car costs $10,000 or $100,000, customers deserve honest answers and proper attention. The dealership also seemed very disorganized. We often had to search for someone just to get assistance. I do want to recognize the people who made a positive impression. Charmaine in the finance department was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, organized, and efficient. She was by far the best part of the entire experience. John was also supportive and helpful whenever we were able to find him, although we often had to go looking for him because no one seemed to be coordinating customer assistance. I hope Buick Classic GMC improves its communication, organization, and post-sale customer service, because the experience after the purchase was not what I expected. More
