The service was great up until it was time to pick up my car. After I paid for my service, I gave the Valet my receipt and waited and waited and waited for my car. After 15 minutes, I asked what was going o car. After I paid for my service, I gave the Valet my receipt and waited and waited and waited for my car. After 15 minutes, I asked what was going on. He said my car is coming up. After 30 minutes I asked again where’s my car. He said it’s coming and it’s on its way. After 45 minutes I was still waiting after an hour. I was getting mad For waiting so long for my car after paying. at the hour and 10 minute mark I told the Valet I want my car now and he said it was at the other building and apparently they couldn’t find my car. This was absolutely ridiculous. More

The staff I encountered before were all quite good, but this time was really disappointing. There was a nail in the tire, and after a whole day of inspection, they found one. They told me to come back the next day, but the following day, they said too much time had passed and that I would have to cover the cost myself. I purchased tire insurance, and no one wants to face such issues. It wasted my time and disrupted my work, yet after two days, the tire still wasn’t fixed. More
