When I said I was ready to purchase a car I inquired about and made an appointment I was expecting the car to be ready to go. I wasn't offered to have the car reserved but rather "inventory moves quick" about and made an appointment I was expecting the car to be ready to go. Thus the car that I inquired about was sold the following couple days. When they realized how serious I was about purchasing a car that's when I was offered to reserve a car. After making the purchase of a car I realized that the car arrived mid-week but I wasn't notified. I found this out because I was getting emails about the car being serviced and the radio trial being activated. These problems were practically brushed off. Since this was such an easy deal for them and we paid full there wasn't much care into it. I could've just cancelled the deal and went somewhere else but unfortunately I have little time. More
