Cityside Subaru and their salesman, Mark Lidano gave oustanding service when I recently bought a 2023 Forester. Mark treated me with interest and respect, thoroughly answered all my question s and made oustanding service when I recently bought a 2023 Forester. Most impressively,on the day I completed the purchase, he spent 2 1/2 hours explaining to me how everything in the car worked, waiting patiently while I wrote down every word he said. He even called me several times in the days following my taking home the vehicle to see if I had any further questions and gave me his cell phone number to call in case I did. I had an amazing experience with cityside Subaru and Nate Williams. I was nervous to buy a car because I have been to dealerships that use high pressure sales tactics. I knew what I wanted and Nate did a gre Williams. I was nervous to buy a car because I have been to dealerships that use high pressure sales tactics. I knew what I wanted and Nate did a great job setting us a test drive with the exact car we were looking for! Made everything quick and easy! He also spent a lot of time with us explaining features, answering our questions and guiding us through the buying process stress free! When I called later about floor mats he provided me some and made it easy for me to pick them up. Our experience with the finance manager was equally stress free, concise, and clear. When we buy our third forester we will definitely come back to cityside Subaru and work with Nate again. We will also recommend nate and city side Subaru to friends and family. Thanks again!! More
