I was very apprehensive about buying a used car. You hear lots of horror stories. My last car purchase was well over a decade ago. Much like many, prior experiences at other car dealerships were anxiety inducing and pressure-filled. I never once felt pressured, when I requested info it was obtained quickly and honestly, and I worked with a great salesman, Mark Lidano. Mark was helpful, caring and made me comfortable throughout the buying process. Buying a car is a huge purchase and not one to take lightly and I felt like Mark understood that and wanted me to find the right car for me. I bought a great car that I love and I couldn’t be happier. When I picked up my new car, Mark took the time to show me all of the features, and he followed up with me after the purchase to make sure I was happy and things were going well. This is our 4th time buying a car from CitySide Subaru and my buying experience remained great; it was no hassle and Mark was great to work with.
