I walked in to set up a testdrive of a particular car and when I showed up a bit later, it was ready to drive as promised. I rode with Don the sales associate & he was great!! When I expressed interest in bringing my wife back to see the car, the were willing to allow me to take it home to show HER instead! No deposit needed to hold it, Nate did all my paperwork in a timely fashion, Smooth & easy transaction all around!! I'm now a Subie owner for life & won't deal with any other dealership other than Cityside from now on! More

After I made the committment to purchase, Mark supported me through the rest of the process (this is usually where sales drops you) and was the one to hand the car over to me. Mark is very much a people person, and very easy to work with. Subaru quickly became our #1 choice, and we decided on the 2008 Impreza. Mark provided no-pressure information that made our choice easy. Since our purchase, everyone at the dealership has been very friendly. I feel like we are part of the Cityside Subaru family. The service department has also been a stress-free environment as well! If you are looking for a Subaru, and would like a no-hassle car buying experience, I would highly recommend Cityside Subaru to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable car that is also great in the snow. Everyone was organized and friendly, and they seem to be genuinely interested in delivering the best experience they can. He answered every question and request immediately. I never felt pressured, which was an enormous relief. He was very helpful in expediting the purchase of my new 2009 red Forester, which I love. He has been attentive since the purchase and has had great follow-through when I had questions. I would highly recommend him as a salesman. My only #4 rating for price has more to do with me and my own inability to sort out various pricing options and information. I truly do not know if I received the best price available because I am not very sophisticated in navigating all the information available through the internet and different dealers. But, I have nothing but good things to say about my interactions with Mark, with Laurie Gorlick and my one phone conversation setting up a service appointment. More
