Peter Rosenberg was all that, but even more, he showed a remarkable degree of insight about what my wife and I wanted--even when we oursel friendly. As a result we bought an SUV that had more and different options than we'd had in mind, was a different color, and even had more dealer-based additions, yet we walked away 100% satisfied both with the vehicle and with the experience. We're still 100% satisfied, and we're glad that Peter helped us to figure out the perfect fit. I'd also like to note that Peter's colleagues were uniformly efficient and helpful. Just bought a new 2010 Outback. Mark and Nathan were both great to deal with. We were very picky in terms of the color and options and couldn't find our car in stock anywhere. Nathan agreed to a great price and told us there was a matching model on an inbound shipment and we could expect our car in about 4-6 weeks. The next day I spoke to Nathan and he told me they had located a car for us and were working on a swap, but, not to get my hopes up yet. The day after, Mark called and told us the car was on its way and we could come down to take a look at it. Drove it home the next day, weeks sooner than we had expected! All the way through the process, when dealing with Mark and Nathan, we were kept well informed and felt like everything was above board and very laid back. I would definately recommend buying from Cityside and working with Mark and Nathan. More
