From the moment we walked in, we knew this dealership was differnt: beginning with all our questions and information gathering, test drive, decision-making on whether to buy or lease, to working out a price we were happy with and signing the papers, the process was flawless. Our salesman, Don, and the other members of the team were informative, patient, helpful, and friendly. Everything moved at a comfortable pace, and we never felt rushed or pushed. As a first time car buyers we apprehensive about going to dealerships because of their reputation for being pushy. We did encounter this at other places, but not at CitySide Subaru. At our first visit, Luke showed us everything about the new forester and answered any questions we had. The test drive was informative yet very laid back. From there on, Luke worked with us to make sure we got everything we wanted at a price we were happy with (and no hidden fees- he told us about everything up front). From there everything moved pretty quickly, they take care of it all! Luke even came to pick us up in Boston to go pick up our car- I think that is above and beyond. Before we drove off, he explained everything about the car, the paper work, roadside assistance, etc... All in all, it was a great experience!
