The staff, especially our salesman Mark, were the best we have ever encountered. Trust me when I tell you that my husband is not an easy sell. But Mark won him over with his knowledge of the vehicle, his experience in sales, his belief in his product, and of course, the bottom line ---- the price. The quality of work was sufficient and fast. Mark had me on the road in 2 days with everything done. My schedule is quite busy so to have the help meant so much. I had received a phone call from mark the other day to check on the status os the car and myself. Friendliness was spectacular I was offered coffee before we sat to start the process of things and was sent home with some recycling bags that have City side Subaru on them. I had felt no pressure what so ever which was the most important thing for me. if I feel that someone is pressuring me or talking me into something I am not sure about i turn away. Her I felt welcomed and no sense of pressure They only thing overall I would have to say that would be negative is when I first arrived there it took some time for anyone to acknowledge me. I poked around outside for about 10-15 minutes and then inside for about 5 and finally mark had seen me and came up to me right away. The Price was fair. More

However, after a pothole accident that ruined two tires Friday I was amazed to find that in response to my late afternoon phone call the service department was not only waiting for me, but, taking my car in overnight, lent me a substitute car for 24 hours at no charge.
