Bought a used 2019 Subaru Ascent from them just about a month ago now. When asking Eric if there’s anything to know about the car, specifically asking about its conditions since it’s a used car—he assur month ago now. Just a week after we brought the car home the battery died overnight. Needed a jump. The following week the battery died again in the parking lot where she worked. Next morning battery dead again. Turns out after some digging (wasn’t mentioned on consumer report or Edmund’s website) the is a class action lawsuit with this car being on the list for sever battery issues. I called, emailed, asking for assistance on options, if they were aware of these issues… almost zero response, denied reimbursement on having to buy a new battery already. xxxxxxxx dealership, do not buy a vehicle from these guys.
