I purchased my 2013 VW Jetta in October. It is the 6th VW that my husband and I have owned. I want to say that my salesperson Andy McQuiston was wonderful to work with. I had gone to another dealership and they just weren't too interested in giving me prices or working with me until I brought in my husband. I would most certainly and I have already recommended people to go to your dealership and talk with Andy. I have to also comment on your service and parts department. I brought my car in for its 1 month check-up and it went to smooth and everyone was so friendly. Then I ventured to your parts department to purchase some mud flaps for my car and the parts manager was so easy to talk and work with. All in all my experience with your dealership has been a breath of fresh air. I didn't feel pressured and I feel like I got a great deal, and most of all I love my new car. More

The highland dealership provided me with the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating. Even though some of the damage was not covered under warranty the service department fixed my bumper free of charge. Often, buying a new car can be a painful experience. I have walked into dealerships to quickly walk out because I felt pressured to buy. That was NOT the case when I walked into this dealership. The sales floor was immaculate and the staff was welcoming, but not overbearing. When I was ready to talk to a salesperson, Vic Ciccio was friendly and very informative. He was patient and made sure he understood what I wanted in a vehicle. When it came time to sit and talk about price, I felt he was sincere. My car had to be brought in from another dealership, so a few days later when I came to pick it up, Vic spent time showing me the ins and outs of my car and followed up with phone calls to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I love my new Jetta!! More
