My best purchase experience ever My Wife talked to Jack Wisznicki on the phone a few days before we were coming to Chicago. He was very helpful and came out and greeted us upon arrival. We traveled from southern Indiana and it was well worth the trip. My family and I were picked up at the train station by the dealership. The driver called just before we arrived and was there for us no waiting. We were greeted and treated with the up most of respect by Rick Ferraro. He brought the two Passat's up front for us to look at and test drive. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was very personable and courteous to our family. The car we decided upon needed servicing. It was a typical busy Saturday in the maintenance department. It was taking some time for them to get it in. He offered to pay for our lunch, which I declined, but I appreciated the gesture. They have several nice apple computers with big screens that gave my son something to do. Best experience with finance and a truly great Passat SLE premium. Merceedes you have been put on notice lol. VW is a better car for much less money More
