I spoke with Darren the first day but never was in contact with him again. Rich, a finance manager there took my calls and we spoke over several days after I had filled out the credit application. I was told I was "on the backburner", that the customers in the showroom had to be dealt with first, and that he would "get to me eventually." That day never came. They ran my credit and never bothered to give me back any news as to whether I was approved or not for the vehicle finance. I sent an email to Darren, never heard back. This happened amidst the VW scandal. I thought they would have wanted to sell a car... I had no choice but to buy from somewhere else. More

Great Experience I had called to possibly purchase a Volkswagen CC. The day I was supposed to view the car, someone else got there before me and was ready to purchase the car. Ray gave me a call to give me a heads up that there was another customer prepared to purchase that car the same day. Thanks to Ray I was able to get into the dealership on time, he worked out a great deal with his manager and I was able to drive out with my first car and not the other guy.
