I am sorry to hear you had to make two visits to our service department, we do a thorough vehicle inspection on video for you and send recommendations based on our findings. We want you to have peace of mind and trust in our service department, so if you did not receive that video I would be happy to get with the service team to send it over to you now. When your battery was tested during the inspection, it did not show as needing to be replaced or we would have recommended that service to you. However, as the temperature and weather fluctuates that can change rather quickly. We did experience a technical issue with the wheel balance machine which we were unable to catch before delivery as it does not update in real-time, and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Our machine was recalibrated and the issue was corrected as soon as we were aware of the malfunction. All work was double checked by our shop foreman and as a result of the error we have credited you a with a free oil change and tire rotation for your next visit with us. You didn't get my point correctly. Pumping the tires up was operated by your technician, he literally miss pumping one of my tires before I left. Please reconfirm if the technician who worked on my car is a qualified technician.

Yes, all of our technicians are fully certified! We use a machine to air up tires and that machine was giving us an incorrect reading, which is why one of your tires was not filled properly initially. Thanks - I will try to verify what you said with your technician in Japan. Again - a random person like me can easily find the tire pressure is not right, but your qualified technician and not well-calibrated machine can't..., you really need to take a serious eye on your team as a GM, especially just a fundamental job like "air the tire"...
