Seems like this location’s service went down after South Austin Nissan sold the dealership to City Limits Nissan. Service website is not friendly & allow scheduling certain details. On my last visit-I ask Austin Nissan sold the dealership to City Limits Nissan. Service website is not friendly & allow scheduling certain details. On my last visit-I asked them to check my cabin filter & check my brake pads. Neither of the two were completed. My schedule is extremely busy due to my job & the hours I work. Now I have to make another appointment to have my brake pads checked. Service guy was very nice. My fault for not double checking prior to leaving the dealership. More

City Limits Nissan was not able to identify why my 2023 Frontier would lose it's charge and I would have to jump start it. This has been an ongoing issue since I bought the truck in 2023.
