I recently purchased a pre-certified used Frontier from Round Rock Nissan for my business. I didn't realize it had rust in the bed and a large crack until days after getting the truck. Round Rock has been Round Rock Nissan for my business. I didn't realize it had rust in the bed and a large crack until days after getting the truck. Round Rock has been a nightmare to deal with. Their sales guy kept blaming their service department and the service department blamed sales, with neither trying to help me get the truck bed fixed. I talked to Nissan's warranty department who told me to take the truck to any Nissan dealership to get the damage documented. I took it to City Limits and your team INSTANTLY helped me out. Jay Carlos said the bed should have never been certified and has been awesome in helping me get the documentation needed for the warranty to kick in so I can get the damage fixed or replaced. I just launched a new pool cleaning franchise in Austin. The business will need 5-10 more trucks over the next 18 months. I want all of them to be Frontiers that are about the same age. After the help your team gave me I plan to make as many of those purchases at City Limits Nissan. I will never give any business to Round Rock Nissan after my experience. Thank you and your team!
