Everything went smoothly until the negotiation phase, where it became apparent they use fixed pricing. I had to explicitly remind them of the online discount and negotiate firmly to get it applied. Additionally, while warranties weren't mentioned during the initial sale, they were pushed later in the financing office. To top it off, I asked about a second key before signing; they promised to check, but once the paperwork was finalized, they just said it wasn't available. There were some popcorn and coffee and staff were happy to talk. It was not a bad experience overall but could be better! More

I appreciated the straight forward pricing, not trying to add on a bunch of extras at the end (LoJack, paint protection, ceramic coating).
