New Vehicle Purchase I just bought my 2nd vehicle from City Ford. My first was a 2014 Escape and I just traded that in for a 2016 Escape. I was at the Dealership for Norma I just bought my 2nd vehicle from City Ford. My first was a 2014 Escape and I just traded that in for a 2016 Escape. I was at the Dealership for Normal Service on my 14 and wasn't really looking to purchase another vehicle as I still had 3 years left on my old vehicle loan. When the sales person Jon Strack approached me I put some Big Condition on the Table for me to Purchase another Vehicle. Jon busted his Backside and MET all the Demands I had placed on him. I had No Choice but to go ahead with the Purchase. Great Job done by All the Sales Team Members. Everything went very smoothly and quickly. More

very very disappointed and upset I have an 06 F250 diesel that engine with 213000 miles that just quit running. At 430am and with no warning. City ford say I need a new engine that's more than I paid for truc . Ford has law suits against them because they have so many customers with problems with this engine but they won't cover anything. If they have that have so many problems with this engine why don't they cover them. I was told theses were 400000-500000 mile engine. Wow I'm not even close. More

Their sales department obviously cares about keeping you comfortable and is non-confrontational. Buying a good used car has never been so easy. More

An Appointment Out experience started out "not so good" but ended much better. We had made an appointment to see a specific vehicle. When we got to the dealership th Out experience started out "not so good" but ended much better. We had made an appointment to see a specific vehicle. When we got to the dealership that vehicle was not there. We did not blame this on the salesman. There is not any system in place to reserve a particular vehicle to an appointment as far as I could see. The issue was resolved by us test driving another vehicle with the salesman while the manager was able to get the vehicle we came to see and ultimately bought returned. But by the time we were able to close the deal there was no one left at the dealership to clean it so we took it as it was. The manager compensated us for our inconvenience but promising us a check of $50. Overall we were treated very good and are happy with our purchase. More
