When I got to the dealership I spoke with Tim P who appeared to be a nice guy. We drove the truck and I loved it. When I asked for the price they showed me a price that was $3000 more than the internet price. After I asked why they advised they didn’t know that was the internet price. Not very professional after all the time I took to drive to the dealership. The sales manager Rick tried selling me the payment of the truck without running credit. Finally when I got up to leave they said they would honor the price Online which is ridiculous. I left and Tim kept in contact with me. I agreed on a final price and ran my credit through GM Financial. I was approved for a $900 car payment which I didn’t want. Tim texted me and stated my interest rate was 8.5% when my bank quoted me 4%. This place is a scam. I should’ve never wasted my time after they played games in the beginning. Stay away. They say they’re a new dealership and they want your business but really they’re going to scam you. Profit isn’t a crime but liars and scammers are not my type of people. No thank. Look elsewhere. Bought a truck almost $30,000 - we were told the truck was dirty and that it needed washing it was late in the evening so we brought it back in the morning to get it washed, turns out we have DAMAGED and not dirty rims. We were promised to be taken care of.... now FLAG owns the dealer we take it in on March 29th, we were given a courtesy car and the RUDEST, CONDESENDING & AGGRESSIVE "HALF manager" MARTIN P. promised to get it fixed, they have the best rim person in the states! Ok, TWO weeks later we get the truck back and they say they can not fix it! WOW! it took two weeks for this? and now you wipe your hands clean! Asked for a business card and he practically threw it at my husband. We moved on to talk to NAIM S. THE "GM" again, we were merely snub off, and with that condescending tone of "WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE" ! WOW you had my truck for two weeks and now your not responsible!
